A litte ahead of 14 weeks I know but I have finished the kittens own pages and have the links below so that you may visit them. I can't quite believe the kittens are finally 14 weeks old they had their last jabs yesterday and have had their GCCF registrations back this morning. We are now looking forward to their first show in May and we hope you wish us all the best of luck. This will be their final diary entry but its not over for them or us, keep up to date with the kittens on their pages or on facebook. Plus our red girl Poppy had three kittens of her own a mere two days ago watch out for their diary coming soon. Below are the links to the kittens pages and their pedigree names.
The Kittens are 13 weeks old today and are a active part of the household. They are due their second jabs in a couple of days and we should recieve their registrations back this week. I can now also state that these three kittens are not for sale we have made the decision to keep both boys and the girl for breeding and showing purposes. Gambit and Logan will hopefully go on to be good stud boys and Rogue will be our newest breeding queen seeing as Lyra will be spayed later this year. I am sorry for those who may have been interested in a Laokind baby but we have a litter due this week and will probably will have kittens looking for good homes. Above is a picture of Logan and Gambit keeping warm on the radiator. Last but by no means least is our little caramel girl Rogue she is a very cheeky girl who enjoys playing and running around after her brothers. She reminds me every second of her mother Lyra as a kitten. Rogue is also a bossy boots she likes to me in charge of her brothers. I apologise for the posts not been weekly but having three kittens and another litter on the way is pretty time consuming. Below are photos from week 6 the kittens are mostly downstairs now and are enjoying the freedom. They are all weaned and fully litter trained much to our relief.
Lyra is doing well she allows the kittens to have their freedom and watches from a safe distance. The kittens are finally three weeks old and we have picked their litter theme and names. We have decided after much deliberation on these three been our X-Men litter. So I am pleased to announce that Gambit, Rogue and Logan are all very suited to their names. The kittens are also moving around more and in some photos are slightly orange due to weaning. I can't believe the kittens are two weeks old, they have all double their weight and have started to stand on little shaky legs. They have also started to develop colours two are going dark which means they are either chocolate or caramel. The biggest boy looks cream or apricot. We are very excited to see how they come on.
The kittens are one week old and doing well! Lyra is an excellent mother and with the help of our young girl Star she is able to feed and sleep while Auntie Star keeps watch. I apologise for the poor quality of the images but we tried to take them as fast as possible so we didn't upset anyone.
Lyra welcomed three healthy siamese kittens on the 12th of January 2015. There are two boys and one girl. Below is a photo of mummy and babies at 24 hours old
